For reservations made through this website via our booking partner (Naxion), cancellation and refund terms depend on the selected booking rate and are shown clearly before payment.

No-show and early departure are handled under the confirmed rate conditions, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
If LIT REPUBLIC d.o.o. is unable to provide the booked accommodation and an appropriate alternative cannot be agreed with the guest, the guest is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the accommodation that cannot be provided.
Third-party platform bookings
For reservations made through third-party booking platforms, the cancellation and payment conditions confirmed through that platform apply to that reservation.
